Anyway, I wanted to share this delicious recipe for a fun take on overnight-oats. With Spring a week away, what better way to celebrate than with this quick, colorful breakfast idea?! I call it the EASY Vegan Chia Seed Overnight-Oats Recipe. It is perfect for an on-the-go meal and is a great recipe for all you meal-preppers out there!
And when I say easy, I mean EASY. You can make this in a jiffy and pop it into the fridge for the next day.
