Faux Mulled Wine | New Year’s Eve 2017

Hello, Everyone!

The year is days away from being over! It is crazy how fast this year has come and gone. I was trying to come up with an easy and warm holiday beverage. The holiday season is a festive time of year, so I plan be as festive as possible (even if that drives everyone else insane 😉 ).

This Faux Mulled Wine is perfect for the winter holiday. Plus, it is a great drink for the whole family. But, if you fancy something with alcohol, this drink can easily transform into a spiked cider.

Let’s jump into the recipe 🙂

4 cups of freshly juiced Blood Oranges

3 cups of water

1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon Ground Cloves

2 tablespoons of Ground Cinnamon

1 tablespoon of Ground Ginger

  1. Add the water and juice into a pot on the stove, set to medium heat.
  2. When the mixture is warm add in the spices and let boil for about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Cut some orange slices to put inside the cups—serve nice and hot!

It is that easy! This is the perfect recipe for a New Year’s Eve gathering. The smell of spices and fruit fill the house, making it feel warm and cozy.

I hope you all have an amazing New Year’s Eve and Day!! I will talk to you all in 2018! Ahhhh so exciting!

All the Best,
